Our home is ideal for a group of up to eight people or a couple on their own. Situated in the well-established, quiet area of Meadowstone, it is equi-distant from Cardrona and Treble Cone ski-fields. The house is surrounded by a very private landscaped garden with mountain vistas all around and a glimpse of the the lake which is only a few minutes walk away, as are shops, restaurants, tennis courts and other attractions.
The open-plan living space has a gas-flame fire for an extra cosy ambience in winter and the the kitchen is well equipped for holiday cooking or sophisticated entertaining.
The dining area flows to the outside courtyard garden which has outdoor dining furniture, with shad umbrella and gas barbeque. There is another, very sheltered dining courtyard with elecctric awning, and another seating area outside one of the bedrooms.
The media room has a large flat screen, Sky TV and a DVD player. The house is equipped with telephone, WiFi and good quality sound system. There is a study.
The master bedroom suite has a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with an extra large shower, two vanities and a toilet, underfloor heating, and a heated towel-rail.
The three other bedrooms are at the other end of the house and have their own bathroom with a large shower, bath, underfloor heating and a heated towel-rail. One bedroom has a queen bed and french-doors that lead to its own sunny patio with table and chairs. Another bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king.
All beds have quality linen, duvets, electric blankets, plenty of pillows and are made up for you before your arrival.
The laundry room has washing machine, drier, drying rack, sink, iron, ironing board and an extra fridge.
The integral garage provides parking for one vehicle and space for sports equipment. Outside there is ample space for cars and boat.

Awesome house, great location, beautifully furnished and fantastic backyard. Little things like sauces and herbs already in the cupboards were a nice touch. Highly Highly recommended and will definitely use again when staying in Wanaka!

The house worked well for our family. We loved the large kitchen and lounge area and the close vacinity to the ski fields and cafe's. Many thanks for making our stay a memorable one.

What a fanistic place to stay. It is a beautiful house that is well laid out. I would recommend this house to everyone. We had a great dinner out side cooked on the BBQ. Thank you for letting us stay
