Nestled amongst our vineyard, behind a private hedge, is the Clearview Homestead, is the perfect sanctuary for a relaxing retreat. Steeped in history and bursting with character, you will feel right at home. Enjoy a sunset glass of perfectly chilled wine on the sun drenched deck in summertime or unwind besides a roaring fire in winter.

Just a few steps away is our Winery Restaurant serving fresh, delicious meals with organic, local & free range ingredients where possible. Be it a relaxing brunch, a full 3 course lunch, antipasto platter or coffee and sweet, we will deliver. Enjoy the casual rustic environment with friendly, professional & knowledgeable staff. Join us at the Cellar Door for a tasting of our award winning wines.

Hosting up to 11 guests between 5 bedrooms, with many large living areas both indoor and out, and plenty of room for that sense of space whilst suiting smaller more intimate numbers also. The fully equiped modern kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and there are two bathrooms, one of which has a deep claw foot bath, perfect for that long hot soak.

Perfect for families, a romantic getaway or that long weekend away with friends, there are many local activities to keep you entertained, tours to the Cape Kidnappers gannet colony, horse treks, rivers, beaches, surf the point break, beautiful walks and cycle ways, local markets cafes, restaurants and more.

  •  Wonderful spot for large groups; we had eleven and we were not bulging at the seams. It's a quirky place, with a great kitchen and plenty of utensils and cooking gear. It gives the impression that it has been the scene for some great gatherings in the past. A fire was lit for our arrival, heaters were on, although not really needed, and the extensive covered verandah provides an overflow area for children to play. Staff brought up some gas for the barbecue and it was all very comfortable. 

  •  Great villa for a large group, plenty of space and both adults and kids (including our overseas family) enjoyed it and the lovely setting. Nice places to run/ride/walk in the morning and closer to the good beaches and other vineyards than Napier. 

  •  So a big and relaxed homestead! Loved it! The wine isn't bad either.
