This newly built holiday home has expansive views of Tokerau Beach and Doubtless Bay.
It will comfortably sleep up to 12 people and has a great indoor-outdoor flow onto a 100square metre deck.
A real home away from home - fully equipped kitchen, large living area, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with a washing machine and clothes dryer).
It has off-street parking for 2 vehicles as well as a large back yard.
5 minutes walk to the beach, food outlet, bottle store, bar, service station and information centre. 1km from the Carrington club, golf course, winery and restuarant.
Safe swimming and diving and excellent fishing - Matai Bay, Waikato Bay, Tokerau beach, Whatuwhiwhi beach,Karikari beach, Rangiputa.
25 minutes to Kaitaia ; 15 minutes to Coopers beach and Mangonui.
An ideal base for a day trip to Cape Reinga and the Te Paki sand dunes (1.5 hours drive), 90 mile beach or to Ahipara on the West coast.

Absolutely stunning place, spotless clean with nice, modern decor. It exceeded all our expectations, had all we needed. The view is amazing, good location for exploring Far North. Thank you Ron for a lovely Easter break :)

This is a wonderful place with a warm and open feeling to it. Has heaps of things for the little & big kids if it should rain unexpectedly (like what happened to us). Lovely views, close to the sea and heaps of space for little or big families! Would definately recommend and look forward to going there again. :)

Amazing property with great view over the bay - beach is only a 2 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk down. Love to stay here again in the future!
