Private 3 acre waterfront property overlooking Manukau Harbour. 180 degree views. Fully equipped 3 bedroom house with separate cottage sleeping 12 in total. Private setting with room for the kids to play and explore. Beach access via short bush walk on the property or 1 minute drive/5 minute walk via road to safe swimming beach, boat ramp and reserve. Plenty of parking for cars and boats with a fish filleting bench to tend to your catch after an enjoyable day fishing on the Manukau Harbour. If the weather turns sour there are loads of toys and boardgames available to keep the kids amused. These are setup in the kids play area in the garage which adjoins the main living area. House opens onto extensive decking for bbqs and enjoying the harbour views. Ideally setup to accommodate 2-3 families wanting to enjoy your week ends or holidays together or equally as enjoyable for smaller groups or couples wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

This is the ideal weekend destination for Aucklanders as Grahams Beach is approx 30 minutes drive from Waiuku or just over an hour from Auckland. There is plenty to discover on the peninsula from beach and bush walks, art gallery, vineyard(next door), not to mention all of the secluded and pristine bays to explore. 10 minutes drive away at Matakawau is a service station, general store and takeaways. The Awhitu Golf Club offer a bistro on Friday evenings.
