  • We absolutely fell in love with The Waterline

We absolutely fell in love with The Waterline. Just what we needed for a short break to kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet of the magical Hokianga. We were able to fish off the deck built out over the water and watch the wading Spoonbills in the evening. The bach has a lot of history, previously a butcher's shop and then a café. Now in the next chapter of its life, it contains everything you could possibly need and was spotlessly clean. Great communication with the host as well. We can't rate it highly enough. Believe all the rave reviews you read about it! Thank you Grant

The Waterline is a very special place - nestled into the shoreline of Kohukohu, it's tranquil and enchanting. It's also immaculately cared for - spotless on arrival, and with so many small and well-considered touches. What a treat!
