This sunny, private apartment is fully furnished to a high standard with quality fixtures and features an open plan kitchen/living area with sliding doors opening directly onto your own furnished outdoor patio. The lounge has a 3D Television, Cable TV, Playstation, iPod dock for music and plenty of games, movies and books to choose from.

The designer kitchen has a fridge/freezer, double wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and serving/cooking utensils. Coffee, tea and milk are supplied.

There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed which can be split into two singles beds. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes and feature gorgeous high thread count linen. The bathroom has bamboo cotton towels, stone tiled floor, heated towel rails and a rain showerhead.

Just a short stroll to local shops and cafes. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping. Two different bus routes offer plenty of public transport options. Only 5km / 10 minute drive to the inner city.

  • Great modern property that would suit 3-4 adults

    Great modern property that would suit 3-4 adults. Only issue for long term stay is there is no washing line or dryer which makes it difficult to wash clothes and the towels and sheets. There is no offsite parking which is ok but the path to the 'bach' is not lit at night [this would be good to get sorted]. Tenants live above and some days it can be noisey above head with heavy walking on the wooden floors. Overall a great 'bach' in the central city.

  • The residence was well presented and in a nice location, very convenient...

    The residence was well presented and in a nice location, very convenient to the zoo and MOTAT. The beds were very comfortable. There is also a lovely park and playground at the end of the street which, is only a short walk. I would highly recommend this property.
