The location is ideal - a short stroll to the shores of Lake Rotoiti, the information centre/DOC and the town centre. The property itself is in need of some TLC, but it was cosy and suited us as a base for exploring the park.

Cosy, character filled wee spot handy to everything. Bit full of the owners stuff which could make a longer stay claustrophobic, but ideal for a couple of days.

  • The house was lovely

The house was lovely. The cosy layout would be great for indulging yourself at home during cold weather. Although it's small there are a few spaces for relaxing so people in a group could easily find peace when needed.
