Not in as good a condition as expected, even for a basic kiwi bach. A couple of bedrooms average and ok, one had all windows nailed shut and a very strong musty/mouldy smell. Lots of kitchen equipment locked away and hardly any pantry space (locked). Microwave left filthy and rotten onions under a bench smelt living area out until we found the source of smell. Ripped dining chair backs. Disappointing, nice area but we won't be back.

  • We loved the bach

We loved the bach. It was peaceful, clean and homely, and perfect for the family. It's not flash, and furniture is older and worn, but that added to the charm for us, and meant I could allow the kids to relax and be themselves. Wouldn't suit those wanting immaculate modern decore but we will certainly stay there again if it's available.

Had a fantastic stay, bach was lovely and clean, besides losing the power to a massive electrical lighting storm we had no dramas. Have even booked for January next year
