Wake up to the sound of the waves crashing, have breakfast on the deck and relax whilst overlooking the beautiful white sands, surf and dunes on your doorstep. Smell & feel the sea breeze and enjoy the uninterrupted and Extensive sea views looking out to Motiti, Plate and Whale Islands.

Extra spacious living with good sized bedrooms and fireplace for colder evenings by the beach.

Well designed to maximise the scenic vista with it's high peak ceilings including ceiling to floor windows adding space, light & a feeling of tranquillity.

Capture the Sunrise in the morning and admire the beautiful sunsets overlooking the Estuary, with a large balcony allowing outdoor living without the North or West winds.

The property is set on a large section, next to a reserve, and conveniently opposite diary & Takeaways, and The Hippi Pipi Bar & Restaurant for dining out and live entertainment.

It is only a 10 minute drive to Te Puke Golf Club or 15 mins to Te Puke Town Centre, 30 mins to Mt. Maunganui and Tauranga or 40 mins to Rotorua - all along excellent roads. If you need to refuel the boat, petrol station is only 5 minutes away.

Check in time is 3 pm and checkout time is 10 am.

Please bring your own linen/duvets and towels/tea towels.

Don't forget to bring your own skycard also.

With the concerning issues surrounding methamphetamine contamination in rental properties – all of our properties are subject to random testing and any positive reading will be dealt with accordingly.

A $200 security deposit is charged at time of booking and will be returned to you following inspection by a property manager after your departure.

    This property served as a base for us which allowed us to travel to all the areas we planned to visit. The house was very comfortable with its large rooms, living areas and close proximity to the beach. This house was fully stocked with all the necessities to make this our home away from home and all we had to do was arrange our food. We had an absolutely fabulous stay there and would definitely return, should the opportunity arise. Thanks for an awesome stay!

  • The property was exactly as described

    The property was exactly as described. Even more spacious than the photos make it look. It was perfect for the 6 of us staying- though could have fit 8 comfortably. Location was great, right across from the fish and chip shop! We were grateful for the included pantry staples to supplement our planned meals

    The location was perfect, absolute beachfront and opposite a friendly pub, dairy and take away. The carpet was brand new and the lounge extremely comfortable with lazy boy sofa and surround sound tv/dvd. The views from the bedrooms (3 out of 4) were breathtaking. The bathrooms were adequate with plenty of hot water, not flash, but then it is a bach not a hotel. Your worst problem will be being woken by the sound of waves crashing and seagulls! Very private and easy access to the beach. Fabulous!
