This outstanding, get-away-from-it-all home, is built in traditional style and features a large lounge, dining room and kitchen with dining facilities as well as two double bedrooms with antique queen-size beds plus another lovely room with two king single beds in it. The living area opens up to a large deck overlooking the lawn with its surrounding flower beds and Kowhai and Totara trees, frequently visited by Tuis, Bell Birds and Wood Pigeons. This is a gem. You may need to hire a car to get to and from this property, but that will be more than compensated for by the location and facilities of this home filled with the Netherlands! Even if you are visiting people down in Petone or further into Wellington it could be well worth the distance to enjoy the location
