Enjoy a BBQ on the deck graced with spectacular views of Onetangi Beach, Pie Mellon Bay, native bush and the surrounding countryside. This is the ultimate in elegant, laidback Waiheke Island Accommodation.

This home is a breath-taking entertainer with a collection of connected inspirational spaces. From the indoor-outdoor feel to the living areas, the house is cleverly separated by a series of corridors, providing distinct wings for this 437m2 house.

The three level sleeping wing of the house is separated from the living and entertaining area by an infinity lap pool. An inviting glass hallway leads to the heart of the home. The open plan kitchen/dining and living room opens on both sides. On the ocean side, the large glass doors open to a sun deck amongst the tree tops, overlooking Onetangi beach. The other side opens to a flat grassy back yard, pool deck and fenced swimming pool - fantastic for children.

The collection of spaces, provides four season living with ease and flair. Electric blinds, a gas fireplace and heat pumps add warmth to the rooms in wintertime. Working with nature, the house follows the contour of the ridgeline, sitting amongst trees, ensuring maximum light and views.

The main bedroom (with walk in wardrobe and ensuite) encapsulates the entire top floor. Floor to ceiling glass on two walls provide magnificent views of the beach and bush. The room is a relaxing and quiet hideaway, A guest room with ensuite and private patio, media room, kitchen scullery, wine cellar and laundry complete the picture.

Minimum stay 2 nights except:

• 7 nights from mid December to mid January

• 4 nights over Easter

• 4 nights for bookings more than 6 months out

• 3 nights all public holiday weekends

Special conditions: The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings unless agreed on booking. Families and small groups preferred.

  • This was an amazing property with amazing views

    This was an amazing property with amazing views. There were a couple of glitches (intermittent gas fire place, incorrect instructions in the onsite property folder, and not enough portable heaters for rooms without heat pumps for the polar blast that swept through) it was an incredible stay. Very relaxing and secluded but if you have a car the island is your oyster! Wonderful views to wake up to! And what luxury!!!

    Stunning property, everything you could ask for. Loved the views, music system was fantastic and the master bedroom is dreamy but there is so much more! We would stay again in a heart beat. Importantly for us we truly appreciate that the house is pet friendly also!
