Unit was tidy and private, even had fruit, bread and milk etc. on arrival. It was a windy night and we experienced loud banging all night like a sheet of loose iron, very loud. A window had no latches and had blown open on our return, not too safe. Sound was not working properly when using the DVD player, not sure if this was the disc or the player. Value for money.

  • Great little studio

Great little studio. A nice walk down the hill into town, and a cheap taxi back ($11 from town).

Well-appointed, comfortable, and funky apartment, has everything you need and with a great view out over Wanganui. One of the best places in terms of private accommodation that I've stayed at, and would definitely come back if I was visiting Wanganui again.

Great location, superb views and a smashing sun trap. Everything you needed in the duplex to make it an enjoyable stay. David and I would highly recommend the accomodation, and very nostalgic for a retired architect who worked in the same era.
