Bach or holiday home | Port Chalmers | #34317
A great spot for chilling out. Everyone loves the views + relaxing feel to the house - it is in a safe area, nice to wander around and Jacque who looks after the house lives nearby. The sun steams into the living area and there is a log burner with wood supplied. Sit on the deck and enjoy the birdlife and action below of trains, cars and container and cruise ships arriving at the Port. There is a 30 minute walk along a walkway to Port Chalmers with supermarket, speciality shops and well known restaurants or a 4 minutes drive. A small playground is almost next door, also toys and books for children. Flat screened tv in the lounge and a tv in the king bedroom with a DVD player and selection of dvd's. There is free unlimited wifi. Beautiful few minutes drive to city.

Loved the amazing views, the well set out home (kitchen, dining, living area was perfect for our family of 8!) and plenty of space for all. The kids enjoyed the little playground and swing set nearby and had fun feeding the neighbour's chickens. We even lit the fire for one cold evening, and were so snuggly it felt like home! We parked out second car on the street (which was perfectly ok), as it was a bit low to manage the steep drive.
