This is a lovely Townhouse close to everything, walking distance to the beautiful city Park and Gardens, retail areas and cafes and restaurants. The property is well equipped with all the comforts of home. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master is very spacious with small balcony and ensuite, the second room is very large with 2 singles and a pull out bed and the third room a cosy Queen room, also upstairs is a second bathroom. The lower floor is open plan kitchen, dining, living room with Sky TV, wifi and desk area and opens out to a private courtyard. A third bathroom on the lower floor and full laundry facilities. There is secure internal access parking. If you are wanting to spend a few days exploring the city or if you are here on business this is an ideal alternative to a soulless Hotel room. Linen and cleaning included with the rental.

Great location close to the city centre with the added bonus of a garage to park the car off the street. Living area and kitchen a little small when compared to the large bedrooms but perfectly adequate with all the things you need, provided and very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and, with the property being in such a quiet street, we found it easy to get a good night's rest. There was only one small issue - difficulty in locking the door from the lounge to the garden.
