Beyond the verandah is garden & a small lawn area to assist your relaxation.
Off street parking is on our double entry U shaped drive. Guest access to the cottage is via a concrete pathway from that driveway.
The only extra charge is for additional people (more than 2). Please read house rules before booking.

Shame about the weather. But cant fault the accommodation or host. Top notch. Thank you Alison.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage is set in gardens and very quiet and tranquil. It is new, very well kitted out and very clean. Alison is a charming host and pays attention to all the small details that make one's stay memorable.
The small cottage is very well laid out inside and beautifully furnished. There is a lovely veranda with seating for the summer days looking onto a well kept garden. The owner kindly provides some basic provisions for breakfast and has put a lot of thought into providing extras that might be needed. Access to the cottage is separate from the owners. Although the cottage is on the edge of town, it is adjacent to other houses so it is reasonable to expect some noise at times.
I have stayed in many hotels and motels in my life but the owners of this cottage made this stay one of the top experiences ever due to the many extra touches provided for our comfort. Examples included : strawberries for the first breakfast,a cache of honesty jar snacks, lots of bathroom supplies, kitchen staples and fresh flowers. I slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable especially since a thick topper pad was provided. Personally I think Laurel cottage could take 4 people because 2 could sleep on the sofa
Everything catered for in a charming setting.
