Cottage exceeded our expectation. It was roomy, clean and modern. Had everything provided plus additional touches like milk, rubbish bags, condiments to get you thru the first couple of days. The views and grounds were spectacular. It is a quiet and restful country setting. It was a great place to base ourselves to see Nelson and the Tasman region.
A wonderful and peaceful cottage in a quiet country location. Oka Cottage is a great location for getting to anywhere in the region and a tranquil retreat at the end of the day. Just a few minutes from the village of Wakefield and a bit further to the larger towns. Although on the owner's property the cottage is set off in a quite side yard and offers plenty of privacy. We would gladly come and stay again...and hope to do so some day.
