Holiday rentals near SkyPoint Observation Deck

Lovely apartment close to everything with fabulous expansive ocean views and also nice and quiet. The pools were lovely too. Host was very good to deal with and the apartment even had a lot of useful extra's ie sauces, toast spreds, pool towels and beach toys for the kids etc. Air conditioning (Heatpumps) in each bedroom was also a great addition. Decor is a little out dated but all in all this place is a great place to stay. We will definately stay here again!

The house was amazing, exceeded expectations. Ideal to rent with a couple of friends for a few fun days. Everything about the booking and check in process was super easy and no problems along the way. Host was super helpful as well.

Very comfortable stay in the heart of Surfers Paradise.We were there for Cyclone Alfred 2025, nothing flooded including the garage underneath.Host stayed in touch with us as weather developed to ensure everything was OK.

We stayed at this place for 9 days and couldn’t recommend it enough! Clare, the host made everything so easy and had great communication. The location is great with everything you need in walking distance. It has the added bonus of multiple pools a spa and gym which was definitely well used by us. The oceanview is spectacular and we were lucky enough to see whales every day from our balcony! We would definitely stay here again if able when we go back to Australia!
