Holiday rentals near Villa Medici

This is our third stay in this fabulous apartment. The position is amazing, both for the view and the convenience, central to everywhere.Migi who greeted us on arrival is a complete legend, style personified, gracious and so very helpful.The apartment is spotlessly clean, very well appointed and comfortable.What more can I say! A perfect place to stay in Firenze. A charming apartment with all you need on a beautiful street and just a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio - so right in the heart of things. Everything was clean. Franceso was a great host. I'd pick this again in a flash if I am back in Firenze. We loved this apartment in Florence. We spent five nights here during our recent stay. The apartment is very private and quiet, a great respite from Florence's busy streets. It is also very authentic (being an original family residence) and has been tastefully renovated. Our host Giovannella took a personal approach to both our arrival and our departure, which was really nice and appreciated. Although located south of the Arno, it was a short walk into the old town. We actually enjoyed Oltrarno as it seemed a more authentic experience to us staying in a suburb and there were plenty of eating options as well. We would have no hesitation recommending this apartment for a stay in Florence.

We had a family of five and villa was brilliant. The property is equipped with everything we needed and the hosts went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. It was extremely hot the week we were there and the pool was perfect for cooling down and relaxing. The town is very local and gives a genuine sense of community and how locals live in Tuscany. We had a rental car and it was easy to drive around to see other sites like San Gimingnano, Siena and Florence. However, we actually preferred being away from the crowds and coming back to Reggello.
