Holiday rentals near Iblean Archaeological Museum

We rented for three weeks and we wanted a relaxed experience embedded in a small Italian community. We certainly got that. We have two kids (3,4) and nine of us speak Italian but we managed to get buy fine and even made great friends with the neighbours using google translate. The property is excellent, but also local places like Marina De Ragusa, Punta Secca and the local beaches are great. We also explored a bit further, and this place gave us the platform to do that. We had a few normal property issues early on but Marcelo sorted them swiftly. He is a fantastic host and is always there for us. Even taking us to a local mechanic to sort out a rental car tyre issue. He is passionate about his guests so certainly cares and goes the extra mile. The local village is friendly, and is within walking distance, but with the heat (32-39 during our stay), we would typically drive. A few tips: There is a decent maxiSpar just beyond Marina De Ragusa for the big grocery shops. We arrive Mid June and it was quite quiet around the communities, but then got much busier towards the end of June.
