Holiday rentals near Matilda International Hospital

Overall a very nice stay. The service was excellent - whether it was Reception or the Concierge, we received the same friendly, helpful service. The only comment - I just felt that the mattress was extremely hard, never slept on anything like that before, but was advised on check out that had I asked a mattress topper would have been fitted on for me - lesson learnt (ask and you will receive)! Otherwise although the hotel is not really in the 'hub' of things I found the walk down to Central very pleasant, and on the days they did operate, the shuttle bus a great help.

They didn’t have our booking upon arrival so fortunately I had the app on my phone so reference number was there. All remedied very quickly. Good location and perfect especially with the washer/dryer good aircon and tv in both the living room and bedroom. Good pressure shower.
