Holiday rentals near Bowen Island Historians Museum

Our floating holiday was perfect. Clean and well appointed. (Lovely fluffy towels) It was accessible to city, yet far enough away to be peaceful. Friendly, helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time. Thanks!

The house was very clean and very well fitted out with plenty of utensils, towels etc. The location was good as it was a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and more than 2 bus routes. Access to the city centre was easy and we bought/used a card which eased paying for bus journeys. For us, over 60, it was only $2+ per trip. The garden was beautiful with easy access, but not too private if the landlord was out in his part of the garden. There was a BBQ with fuel and utensils. The only minus point we have is that the description of the apartment which was a good size for 1 or 2 persons. It was not really a "garden" apartment. It was below ground level and therefore a "basement" apartment which required lights on most of the day. Despite the lighting issue we have given it a high rating because it was very well fitted out/ clean and comfortable.
