Jane and Roger were perfect hosts who were incredibly welcoming and kind. The thought and care that had gone into the flat was clear to see. Lovely location with mountain views and very peaceful. Excellent base for exploring arrowtown, Queenstown and Wanaka.

This is the perfect place to stay: great location, fabulous hosts, and the cottage is done to the highest standard. I spent a month here and didn't want to leave. There aren't enough superlatives to describe this property....everything about it is truly wonderful!

Absolutely beautiful, couldn’t fault our stay, the cottage has everything you need plus more. Our host Jane was so welcoming, friendly and gave great advice about where to eat etc. It was so enjoyable and relaxing to stay. We will certainly be back.

This house was perfect for us (three siblings travelling together who wanted their own space). The house was spotlessly clean, the facilities just perfect (e.g., a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) and the living area super comfortable. We parked our hire car off the street in the driveway in front of the house and were able to walk the few minutes to various attractions including the gondola, the wharf (for various trips and tours) and into the city itself for restaurants, a stroll around the gardens etc. Perfect location and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly as shown. Everything you need, very clean and tidy and in a great location. The hosts were great at communicating and were helpful/flexible regarding arriving slightly early and leaving bags before we flew out of town. Excellent hosts. Would definitely book again with them. This was a fabulous property. It exceeded expectations. Wonderful location opposite Lake Wakatipu and literally 5 minutes stroll into downtown Queenstown. We were 3 generations with small kids & the space worked beautifully with master being seperate from other two rooms. Well appointed kitchen & Laundry, easy access & very responsive friendly hosts. Will definitely be back!

Superb location & excellent facilities in well designed home. We all had a very enjoyable stay. Perfect for our family of 6 adults.
