We booked this property for our family to stay close by to our wedding venue. We loved the area, gorgeous houses and tree-lined streets.
The house is in need of some TLC and attention to detail. The showers had two settings: third-degree burns or hypothermia. I had to shower with a bucket on my wedding morning.
The kitchen is nice and big but seriously lacking supplies - a house for 10 really needs bigger cookware.
We weren’t provided with hand-towels or bath mats. There were no bins in any of the rooms or bathrooms.
The curtain rail in one room was falling off the hooks, there was a broken lamp leaning precariously in another bedroom, the beds were uncomfortable.
The house has the potential to be a really wonderful stay but I think some attention to detail is needed before it reaches its full potential.
