The house is lovely and has everything you need. The outdoor decks are wonderful with lots of furniture. Comfortable beds with views! Absolutely fantastic views from all the main rooms. We had rain one day so enjoyed all the board games and the tv. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Property is beautifully presented and in an ideal location to walk to local restaurants and the beach. Our party of eight including family from the UK were all impressed with the style and quality of the house, the extra accommodation in the garage was also lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We required extra towells which the property manager organized promptly. I would definately recommend this property.

Everything about our stay was fabulous. Tania is a wonderful host. Such a lovely lady. I have never felt so spoiled, even when staying a 5 Star hotels! The property is gorgeously decorated and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need (and then some) is provided. Would happily recommend to others. Hope to be back when we are back in Auckland. Thank you Tania and Mike for being such amazing hosts.

We stayed here for a full week in January. It was a clean and comfortable wee place. Good kitchen and bathroom, lovely linen on the beds. The porch was my favourite spot. - wide and well covered with large and comfortable furniture. The location was easy walking distance to a few very different neighbourhoods which was really handy. The owners personal pantry and bathroom cupboards were not locked away which we found strange but that was the only odd point. Highly recommend.

Very peaceful, clean and great views :) Easy walk to 2 calm beaches. Recommend getting a bus pass or taking own car over however as taxis are very expensive! Overall a very pleasant stay thank you :)
