Property was excellent - comfortable, luxurious, and well-equipped. Awesome views from the balcony. It is ideal for chilling out or meditating.

Everything about this property makes you feel calm and relaxed. A perfect spot for a getaway. The views are amazing, it is warm & cosy & has a lovely indoor/outdoor flow. Then to top it off....a fabulous spa pool to unwind in. The communication from our host Brad was exceptional. We will certainly be recommending Firkin's Retreat to friends & family.

Amazing home that felt like we were secluded in Tuscany. Lots of beautiful art. We had a wonderful stay as a family and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The home is a short walk from the nearby bay. We did have noisy neighbours one night so I’d recommend putting in a complaint sooner than later to the council if it happens again ;) Also note that the bay doesn’t have rubbish collection so you need to take rubbish with you.

Super easy process and communication with both Melissa and Shayne - lovely grounds and we thought the accomm was better in real life than the pics) wonderful to have access to laundry after 2 weeks without and perfect location to enjoy the vineyard area. ☺️

The property was exactly as described, clean and tidy. The host kindly supported our needs on the trip and even put the air on so it was cool when we arrived 🥰

I’m not sure but this place was that tidy I’m not sure anyone has ever stayed here. It’s stunning, super comfortable, spectacular views and did I mention how clean and tidy the place was. OMG it was clean. Dont delay just book and go!
