This apartment was so close to the train station at La Spezia ( arrival/departure and Cinque Terre) and a short walk to the main shopping area with restaurants etc. The apartment was up 5 flights of stairs (no lift), but it was nice and light because of the skylights. It was a good size, lots of room for the 2 of us. I made use of the cooking facilities and washing machine which were supplied.
The owner gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we ate at 2; La Pia for the farinata and lunch at Osteria all'Inferno dal 1905 which was underground. We went early so we could get in without a reservation.
We thoroughly recommend this place.
