The villa is just beautiful. Amazing communication and service. From the first moment of booking with Alex we felt we had made the right choice. Along with Alex we were assisted with the villa manager who was great. Transport was even organized for us on our request. Of course an additional charge. I would recommend this villa to anyone. We've never rented a villa before so didn't know what to expect. We LOVED staying at hidden garden villas. The experience was amazing. Having a private space to relax and such a beautiful pool really helped us relax and acclimatise to bali. It was our first family holiday overseas and the staff at the villas made us feel so welcome and helped us with getting a sim card, arranging a driver for a day (Ketut was a fantastic driver and guide) and booking a fast boat to gili air. The security was fantastic too. Our kids loved the pool. Complimentary water cooler, tea coffee, milk and ice. Thank you Made and the rest of the team at hidden gardens for making our stay so happy. We didn't want to leave and will recommend the villas to others.
