We stayed two nights at this lovely and spacious Langs Beach property.The property was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view across the water to Whangarei Heads was amazing.Many thanks for a memorable weekend!

Great place to base ourselves in Matakana. We loved the tennis court and the little playground. Convenient location. The kids loved the bunk beds. Very tidy and warm. We’ll definitely be keen to stay there again.

The unit had all that was needed for a short stay. Walking distance to town, and even better was the anzac dawn service was at top of driveway. Suited us perfectly

Sun Valley Motel is a fantastic place to stay.The hosts are lovely and friendly to deal with. It's very handy to everything, extremely clean, tidy and well-kept and well worth the money.We would happily stay here again.

Totally loved the place . Very peaceful and could relax. Um only fault was the driveway. Lucky had 4wd but hey probably was hard due to weather, and maybe something getting done in future. But otherwise awesome place to get away and chill out. Top ten.

Jennie and Doug were amazing hosts!
They both had great communication and did everything that could to make our stay just right. The cabin we stayed in was perfect with everything we needed and for a great price. would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying round the area.
