We had an excellent stay at the Shula’s boat house. Very comfortable bed. Great hot tub. And home baked goods for breakfast was amazing. Thank you so much

We had a great stay at this place! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep after exploring the local attractions. The host, who lives upstairs, was friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to key sights and well-suited for travelers who want a convenient base to explore the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Nice and clean property. Loved the spa pool

We enjoyed our time at this accommodation. The bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. It's compact, but absolutely fine for a few days, especially if you are spending most of your time out and about enjoying the city. As the sleepout is attached to the main house, you can hear the kids running around and having fun from time to time but it didn't bother us.

We are a group of four friends who came to Rotorua for the long weekend - this property definitely did not disappoint. The location is great, really close to some main Rotorua attractions (zorbing and the luge), but also really close to some wonderful cafes. We made full use of the beautiful beachfront, amazing spa, kayaks, and BBQ. Glendyr and Mike were wonderful, friendly and accomodating hosts. They gave us our privacy but were also willing to help us with anything should we have needed it. Barney the dog and Flossie and Mia the cats were also an added bonus. All in all a wonderful stay, would definitely come back!
