Promised stunning north-facing views and a beautifully-appointed private apartment, we weren't disappointed. This place was everything and more: spacious, private, really well finished interiors, a stunning outlook from the deck (the perfect place to view the sunsets), and convenient to both the northern and southern sides of Napier.
While the hosts live onsite, they are the model of discretion and service, and we were delighted with the little treats that they had left to welcome us.
This place gave us the perfect holiday location and we can't wait to return.

Loved my stay here. Richard and Sue were very welcoming and super accommodating. The home baking was an awesome touch! The location is fantastic - cross the road to the beach, play the Ohope Golf course down the road or just enjoy drinks on the balcony. The bed was super comfy, the shower had great pressure and I had everything I needed. I highly recommend a stay here and would definitely book again.

We highly enjoyed our weeks stay in Ohope beach at this magical rooftop apartment. Photo's don't do justice, it's probably one of the nicest places we have stayed on holiday.
Tucked down the best end of the beach for families, we loved our daily 1.5km walk to the local cafe for good coffee.
The very unique apartment had everything we expected plus more, the huge rooftop deck provided us with a nice lunchtime spot to watch the surfing, and a great place to play with the kids.
Would thoroughly recommend, and would love to come back.
We couldn't find a conpendium, aside from instructions on how to use the lift & operate the stove. This could be deliberate to keep things casual which we love but as the house is fully stocked it did make it a little confusing as to what can/can't be used.
