Wonderful location and beautiful house. Loved feeding the chickens and collecting eggs. Picking some oranges and juicing them. Heaps of space for kids to ride bikes in the garden. Beautiful historic house.

Ellen's cottage is perfectly poised close to the beach with a deck to watch walkers and surfers enjoy this magnificent part of NZ. Felt very lucky to stay there. Loved the way the house was tucked into the hill, protected and cosy. Thanks so much. Mary and Geoff

This is a wonderful place to stay in Wainui. Supreme spot and wonderful relaxed home giving everyone plenty of space. When you are not on the front deck watching the waves you can be around the back looking up at those wonderful hills. Sharron and Gary great hosts and excellent on the communications.
