We had a wonderful 3 day fam getaway. The perfect location. The location and view, wow! Nestled in a tropical oasis. We heard kiwi's calling at night! The comfy beds, gorgeous sheets, fluffy towels, beautiful Ashley and Co products, lovely plants everywhere and all the home away from home things you would need. Even spades for digging at Hot Water beach! Fab attention to detail.A short walk to the top of the hill down to Cathedral Cove and again down to Hahei beach. Jane was welcoming and awesome to deal with as a host.We will be back if you'll have us again! Thanks so much.

This has been our second stay at Motupipi and the hosts are the best. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful place with us again. We have stayed in quite a few holiday homes and have never returned to the same place twice but we will definitely be back to Motupipi again. Pete's place is a lovely hideaway nestled in beautiful native bush. The house is cute and quirky with amazing views from the deck and bed! Per the description, there are a number of stairs from the car to the house through the bush, so pack lightly (it's not terrible, but you wouldn't want to carry the kitchen sink). There are a few lovely walks to do from the house including down to their local stony beach, and a wonderful sandy beach only 5-10 mins drive away. Bathroom facilities are in immaculate condition, kitchen is well kitted out, and Pete was a wonderful host. We stayed 2 nights, but could have easily stayed 4 or more to really settle in and explore the area.

When arriving at this property we were absolutely amazed at the view from the deck. It was such a breathtakingly beautiful spot. Fantastic access to the beach and only a short drive into coromandel town. We enjoyed many days at the beach kayaking and swimming and then returning to the deck to enjoy our evening. Only a short walk across the road and we were able to experience the sunset. The facilities and overall feel of this property are second to none. The pool table is also an added bonus too! Lisa was a fantastic host with prompt communication and gave us all the information we needed. Thanks Lisa for sharing your bach with us. The location is out of this world and was where I popped the question to my partner. I’d recommend this bookabach to anyone. Words simply can’t describe how awesome our holiday was! Cosy cottage beautifully restored to a very high standard. Peaceful manicured Zen garden. Well appointed with everyone you could wish for. Extremely good value. Central location. Very secure and private. You would be hard pressed to find better. Highly recommended. Thankyou for a wonderful stay in Christchurch.
