Relaxing weekend away

Not the best weather but the accommodation made it even more enjoyable. Cosy inside and lovely outlook. Very quiet, birdsong and animal sounds. Just the place I needed. Owner was very friendly and offered lots of suggestions on things to do and where to go. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

2 nights in New Plymouth

First time staying in New Plymouth as a couple and were apprehensive about staying in a place that wasn’t a motel. Couldn’t have been more impressed. Excellent communication, friendliness and key handover. Comfortable bed, outdoor bath and even a hammock! Felt like our own private nest with everything we needed. Peaceful nothing

Close enough to be easy far enough to feel like a real escape. We were looking for a weekend of nothing. Beach bliss, fishing, watching the tide roll in and out and the sun go up and down. Just what the doctor ordered. Great hosts who went the extra mile to make our stay relaxing.

Perfect stay - wish we'd stayed longer

Everything about this stay was lovely. The beds were comfortable, it was easy to find, location was convenient for us, property was gorgeous, views were stunning, quiet area, and PHENOMENAL (can't underscore that enough) hosts. They were so welcoming, kind, and respectful. They shared their property and sheep with us and let us feed them bread, but gave us privacy as well. It was perfect. We truly wish we didn't have somewhere else to be the next night so we could stay longer.
