excellent stay, peaceful and able to move freely in the house and property. the furry visitors came to welcome and keep us company. Petua and hubby dropped of a beautiful sunday meal thank you so delicious. My son and I have booked to stay again in October 2025. thank you.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this villa in Rarotonga. The kids had a blast in the pool and we really appreciated the peaceful setting. It felt tucked away and private, yet still close to shops and plenty of beachfront restaurants. We enjoyed the best of both worlds — privacy and space at the villa, with easy access to resort amenities like dining, pools, and snorkelling just a short drive away. The perfect spot for a relaxed, family-friendly island getaway.

We were a family of 8 staying in a 4 bedroom villa. 2 couples and 4 singles.We had 2 rooms with queen beds and 2 rooms with 2 single beds.There were plenty of towels and we had a washing machine which was very handy with all the swimming we did.Complimentary fruit platter on arrival and everything you need in a kitchen.Our villa was perfect for our 7 day stay.Meitaki maata

Nice Quiet place to relax and easy to get to great eating places

Lovely property, gorgeous view of the sunset each evening. Dawn chorus of roosters was a little full on but thats part of life in Rarotonga. A couple of naintebance issues with screen doors but overall the property was great.

Very tidy & ammenities great.

We were welcomed with flowers and a beautiful tropical fruit platter. The room was as pictured, very clean and right on the beach. Great swimming beach and we snorkelled. Nice and quiet we cooked most of our meals Thank you for a relaxing holiday my husband and I really needed.

Arcadia Retreat is definately a home away from home. Neil & Maxine are lovely people, who go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable at their property. We stayed in Villa Toru, which was spacious for 3 adults and a added bonus of covered outdoor area at the front with bbq to use if so desired. We ate out most nites with Neil giving us great recommendations on restaurants & bars to visit while on holiday. The outdoor bath and shower was unquie and fun which we enjoyed. Beds were comfortable. Set in beautiful gardens with outdoor salted pool, which we had to ourselves and used everyday was awesome. Acardia Retreat is quiet and we would highly recommend.
