My friends and i were very happy to have accommodation so close to the heart of Freo. As a home base it was nicely appointed and we appreciated the wine and chocolates very much. An aspect that might negatively effect some would be the number of stairs, just be aware that each bedroom is on a separate level. The only real drawback was the Norfolk Hotel being so close. Those pub leavers are rowdy, earplugs would help.

Great lication, REAL sanctary, clean, well organised even down to an umbrella and beautiful shop in the front.
Owner very friendly and very helpful

Property was nice, one ensuite you had to step into shower to get into the room. Nice pool and kitchen.
We were dissapointed with the "service." We stayed for 6 days total. When we asked for more toilet paper we were told to go and buy it at the garage. We noticed a BBQ outside the room. We asked to use the BBQ for a family meal. We were told no gatherings and no area to have a BBQ, then upon arriving home noticed that it had been removed. Paying the price for a luxury villa, we were dissapointed with the service. The villa was nice though.
