Kelburn houses

Lovely property, close to city, well resourced, cosy in winter and beautiful in summer. Loved it.

We stayed in the house as a group of girls staying the night and spending time together for a friends birthday dinner. The house is in such a great location, the car park was so convenient and the beds are so comfy! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was truly a gem. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. It had everything we needed to make meals in the kitchen. My kids enjoyed the nice selection of children's books and games. The property was only a 10 minute drive to the CBD. Buses were only a 5 minute walk away. Trevor and family were lovely and helpful hosts. This was a great property to stay at, I highly recommend it.

Lower single rooms for kids / easy middle floor - with great bathroom on entry / garage level for grandparents. Perfect and well stocked kitchen then parent room above with ensuite. SUV hire car could fit on garage and plenty of room to make the three-point turn to get out and up the driveway. Ideal for families. 5mins drive to town /the terrace /Beehive or the walk would not be too hard either. (Maybe Uber back up the hill though?) really glad we stayed there with the combo of family. Be great for 2 or 3 couples too.

This property is so well placed for a Wellington visit. Very quiet, very clean and exceptionally well appointed. We had a magic stay thank you.

Brought some friends visiting from the UK to Wellington.Wanted somewhere that was in walking distance of all the tourist locations.This was the perfect spot. No transport required for the whole stay.The accommodation was also perfect for everyone to spread out and find their own space to relax. Had everything we needed to make the stay easy.Rhys was also great at keeping in touch and answering any queries.
