Wonderful views from this exceptional property with the beach so close. A well appointed home, super comfortable, including the beds. I would highly recommend this place. Excellent communication from the hosts too.

We had a great stay with 8 of us (6 adults, 2 kids) in Woolley’s Bay. The location is excellent with a perfect swimming beach across the road. The house was perfect for us - the separate apartment worked well for the kids and parents. Definitely recommend for a fabulous summer holiday with a group!

The Perch is a wonderful place and we had such a great time. The owners were excellent to deal with. The house was more than we expected. It has tonnes of room for a big group, and the views are to die for. And the beach, well, that is priceless.

This was just the most amazing place!! Removed slightly from the local batches but so close to not be out of touch. Will be back!! Beaches and walks are a solid 10. Recommended you will love this place
