Liz sent us all the info we needed a couple of days before we arrived. Such an easy process. The house was spotless, thanks to the previous guests.
The cottage is lovely and has everything a family needs. Well equipped kitchen! We cooked all our meals as we didnt want to take the children out to eat after coming home from the mountain. So glad we chose a whare with a bath. A good soak for the children after sledding in the snow, was just what they needed. The cottage is north facing, so the lounge and main bedroom was sun filled. We were lucky to have three sunny days, but snow on Ruapehu. The purpose of our trip was to take our grandchildren to experience the snow. We also took them down to the river to do some eeling. Theres so much to do in the area without having to drive anywhwere. The neighbours and the people we met doing just that, were all lovely. The equipment in the shed kept our children happy and the toys and DVDs when it was time to chill out were much appreciated. A fabulous time had by all. Thanks so much Liz and Grant.

Annual snow trip
Amazing property, the owners have put a lot of thought into the decorating and making it child friendly with an awesome playhouse and other activities. Our 2 year old loved seeing all the toot toots :D Very comfortable 3 nights here in winter.
