Excellent short getaway with the family

Was looking for a place close enough to home (West Auckland) but far away enough to feel like a holiday. Loved the house which was big enough for our family of six. Plenty of space to chill together or separately. Played ball in the backyard. Good location close to Pakiri Beach and not too long of a drive to Matakana and Leigh (Goat Island).

Modern sun filled Leigh bach

Leigh bach with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and nice sized rooms. Good for our dog too with a large fenced back yard. Good parking. Short walk to great burgers and coffee. Would stay again.

A fabulous oasis tucked away with nature, we enjoyed the peaceful tranquility on offer for a 2 day stay. The hosts attention to detail is superb and we would recommend this spot to anyone seeking peace and solitude in a beautiful setting.

Matakana Gem

This is a lovely place in a great location. Nice decor, comfy beds and great to have washing machine, hair dryer and tv. The hosts were wonderful at communicating and provided a clean tidy beautiful space to stay in. Perfect place if you want to be close drive to Matakana shops and Omaha beach. Highly recommend.
