This place had everything we needed. Lots of space. The kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances one might need and lots of extras. We absolutely enjoyed brewing us a coffee. The place was heated when I arrived. The bedrooms were beautifully presented with crisp clean linen. Internal garage. Washer and dryer and a huge fridge with ice dispenser for all those drinks. Ensuite and a bath and shower downstairs and another bathroom upstairs. Excellent for longer stays. We didnt get to enjoy our stay completely because we were busy elsewhere. But I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a bit of quiet time. Also close to all amenities shops and restaurants and bars Mt Maunganui and Tauranga and all other surrounding areas are not too far away. I would however suggest the driveway could be widened slightly. Its quite narrow and you cannot turn around. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed staying in this property. It’s a great spot with all facilities and cleaned to a very high standard. The location is perfect to walk to the beach and shops. Will return soon.

Everything that we needed was supplied and communication with Mel the property Manager was very comforting. Extras for the baby were thoughtfully supplied, baby bath, highchair & cot - so appreciated. The only thing that was a concern was with the very wet weather there was no covered deck/entrance-way or carport into the house which was difficult with the baby, toddler & elderly.
