Family with two young children
The location and facilities were very convenient for us. Our children enjoyed the spacious living room and the pool areas. We had some delay in check-in as our unit was not ready even though we arrived after 4pm. When we finally got our room, it was smelly and we needed to change it. So it took us one hour from the time we arrived until we were accommodated. The cleaning service which we only used once during our 5-night stay was bad. They took all the dirty cups and glasses, and did not replace them with clean ones. We had to buy our cleaning wipes and soap as the kitchen is not well-equipped.
In general, we had a good stay and for the price range we paid, we do recommend this hotel and we will return again. The Liwan restaurant at the hotel was great and we loved the open buffet lunch.
