Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home is 5 minutes from the medical center and NRG stadium, 10 minutes to Downtown, the Galleria and the museum district. The home has Xfinity 400 mps Internet and HD Cable. There is a 55” high def LCD TV in the living room and 65" high def LCD TV in the den and a 42" LCD LCD TV in the master bedroom. There is a King, Queen, two Twin beds and a fold out queen bed in the living room. There is a dining room table for 4 in the kitchen and a gaming table that seats 8 in the expansive den. There is a large fenced in backyard with a charcoal grill.

I have been leasing homes in the Houston area since 2005. This is my second endeavor into the short term rental market. Some of my renters have been renting from me since 2007! I love the Houston area and I hope that you enjoy your stay in Houston.
Why they chose this property
This property is located in a very nice residential neighborhood and is so close to the medical center that you could walk there! It is virtually one mile from NRG Stadium. So if you are here for that special event or to visit a loved one, your time in traffic will not be so long. It is close to Rice University and the Museum District too. It is easy to get downtown either by the freeway or just taking Main street to downtown. You could actually pick up the rail by NRG stadium and take it downtown, but we all just drive!
What makes this property unique
This home is very roomy. It comfortably sleeps 8 people. Three houses off of Buffalo Speedway, which is a major street in the heart of Houston. gives easy access to the Medical Center, NRG Stadium, Downtown, the museums, and all the other major attractions in Houston. You will have alot of room and a large back yard as well.
