NEW CONSTRUCTION 2019. Modern apartment in a new quiet and familiar urbanization. Beautiful pool, 24hr surveillance for private security. Fully equipped with 2 bedrooms, living room kitchen with 2 full bathrooms and 2 terraces. Free Wiffi and 2 TVs (32 "and 50" smart TV). Practical decoration and modern kitchen, washing machine, iron, clothesline, ironing board, dishwasher, oven, microwave, juicer, toaster, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker and the necessary utensils.
Children's kit on request (high chair, bathtub, changing table and cot).
Comfortable beds, with box springs and high-end mattresses.
Located in Villaverde (between Lajares and Corralejo). 8 minutes from the great beaches of Corralejo and 12 minutes from the crystalline beaches of Cotillo.

Building of new apartments

Very disappointing to see on our arrival that buiding work of new apartments was in progress. The noise and dust was horrendous for the duration of our 3 months stay. Work started at 7.30am until 6.00pm. Due to the early disturbance we moved from master bedroom to second bedroom which had single beds and positioning of headboards made it impossible to push beds together. Even second bedroom didnt escape the noise. At no time were we informed of the building work. There was no sun on our main patio because of the position of the apartment. We had to request change of bedding for both bedrooms. With respect, we feel Vrbo ought to be regularly viewing properties being advertised by themselves to ensure prospective renters are fully aware of the exact situation. ie building work taking place in very close proximity to the apartment.

Dear Allan, We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the noise from the works on the Casilla de Costa growth development. It is not in our community (phase 2) and they are almost finished. The timetable respects the rules of rest, as they are from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm. And as you can understand we can do nothing about it. What we can do is to remind you that we have solved all your requests as soon as possible, we have provided you with bed linen, we have put a mirror, we have changed the satellite receiver that was damaged due to overvoltage. We have also fixed the coffee machine and the dishwasher that you have damaged due to misuse. In short, it is more than clear that we have always been attentive to your needs during your stay, as we do with all our guests. Regards Marta & Lorenzo.

Den Pool haben wir nicht ausprobiert, es war zu kalt, insbesondere der Wind. Ansonsten haben wir die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen und Spaziergänge im Norden von Fuerteventura genutzt. Schade fanden wir, dass es keinen beleuchteten Weg von der Ferienanlage ins Dorf nach Villaverde gab, so dass man abends auch für nur zweieinhalb Kilometer das Auto zu den nächsten Restaurants nehmen musste.

Sehr schöne Anlage und tolle zentrale Lage im Norden

Nachdem wir eine Woche im Süden der Insel verbracht haben, wollten wir nun den Norden erkunden. Die Ferienhausanlage ist hierzu hervorragend geeignet. Durch die zentrale Lage im Norden kann man alle interessanten Punkte auf kurzen Weg erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung selbst liegt in einer sehr schönen, gepflegten Anlage. Der große Pool ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und man findet alles was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mooi appartement

Mooi huis met alles er op en er aan. Goede keuken, badkamer, incl. Handdoeken (ook strand). Daarnaast stond er ook wat klaar als welkom en waren er ook 2 stoeltjes en een parasol voor het strand aanwezig. In- en uitchecken ging heel vlot en mocht eerder/later in/uit het huisje dan aangegeven stond op de site! Contact met verhuurders verliep vlot en snel. Hele goede rustige plek en snel op andere leuke locaties.

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables

El alojamiento es amplio, limpio y cómodo. Las zonas comunes están muy cuidadas y la piscina es muy bonita. Es una urbanización muy tranquila. Está un poco alejado de los núcleos urbanos, por lo que hay que coger coche para todo.

Super schönes Apartment

Super ausgestattetes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Marta und Lorenzo waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Check-In und späterer Check-Out hat alles ohne Probleme und großen Aufwand geklappt. Uns persönlich war das Apartment etwas zu ruhig gelegen. Aber da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, war das auch kein großes Problem. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sauer und die Anlage ( Pool und Garten) gepflegt. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gepflegte, komfortable Wohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, entspannte Zeit in Martas Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist und sich in einem völlig neuen Wohnkomplex befindet. Bei Problemen hatten wir sofort professionelle und herzliche Unterstützung vor Ort. Poolanlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt, das Wasser ist aber sehr kalt und es sind nur sehr wenige Liegen vorhanden. Ein Mietauto ist unbedingt erforderlich. In 15-20 min ist man an verschiedenen, wunderschönen Stränden. Super Ausgangslage für Surfer-Ferien.
