At the gates of the historic center of Córdoba, 15 minutes walk from the Mosque, our brand new apartment is the best option to enjoy the city forgetting the car. Between the neighborhoods of La Magdalena and San Lorenzo, 500 meters from the Viana Palace and just 10 minutes from the city center, we are in the heart of the courtyards and in the heart of Cordoba's Holy Week.

The apartment, on the second floor of a building without an elevator, has 60 square meters and is ideal for up to four people, although it can accommodate up to six. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, auxiliary bedroom with two single beds, kitchen and private bathroom.
Our guests will have free WIFI, 37-inch television in the living room and 19-inch television in the master bedroom, both with international channels.
We have an independent kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for your stay, such as coffee maker (both classic and capsules), toaster and kettle with selection of infusions. The full bathroom has everything you need so you can enjoy your stay without worrying about anything. Did you forget the after shave? Or toothpaste? Quiet. We have everything for you.

Sheets and towels are offered. Air conditioning and heating in the living room and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. High speed WIFI Internet and television with international channels. Neighborhood with a lot of student life and all the services you need in 100 meters around (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks ...)

It is important to know the arrival time, we have to move to the apartment to deliver the keys, if they do not notify the exact arrival time they will have to wait.
We do not charge bail expenses. Our relationship with guests is based on mutual trust. Please help us keep it.

For tickets starting at 8:00 p.m. an extra price of 10 euros per hour will be charged.
