Terraced house with small and pool (120 m. Of garden) front and rear. 120 m House in Tietar Valley, where the Gredos saw begins. One hour from Madrid and 20 minutes from Arebas de San Pedro.
3 bedrooms + office, lounge. 3 bathrooms, two on the first floor and one full of guests. Kitchen and laundry room. In the middle of nature, but very close to the town, with many bars and restaurants.
