kleines Appartement in ruhiger Lage, Strandnähe

ruhige Lage, schöner Ausblick vom sehr kleinen Balkon, mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe, kurzer Weg zum schönen Strand, Bahnhof mit 20 min Fußweg erreichbar, 50 min Zugfahrt bis Barcelona- dafür dann kein Parkplatzproblem in der Stadt einige kleine Reparaturen müssten ausgeführt werden (Sofa derz nicht ausklappbar, Gardine muss neu befestigt werden)

Sehr schönes Apartment, komplett ausgestattet, toller Ausblick, nur 5 Min. Fussweg zum Strand, ca. 15 Min. nach Canet de Mar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
