Dune View Beach House

Beautiful very spacious apartment on a dune with views over the village. The apartment is located three hundred meters from the beach.
The apartment consists of two floors. On the first floor of 50 m2 is a living room, spacious kitchen, bathroom, hall and toilet. The upstairs of 50m2 has 3 bedrooms.

The house is located a few hundred meters from the beach and on the edge of the dune. Amsterdam is only 24 km away and is easily accessible by public and private transport.

The house offers a lot of privacy and offers a fantastic view of the village and the dunes behind which the beach is located.

Free parking is possible next to the house.

Extension of the rental period is possible on request.

Lichtdurchflutetes Apartment mit grandioser Terrasse

Das Highlight dieser hübschen Wohnung ist die Terrasse im oberen Stock, welche einen fantastischen Ausblick über das ganze Dorf und die Dünen bietet. Selbst vom Bett (übrigens sehr bequem) im angrenzenden Schlafzimmer aus kann man diesen Ausblick geniessen und sich morgens von einer sanften Meeresbrise und Vogelgezwitscher wecken lassen. Das Apartment selbst ist zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Die lichtdurchfluteten Räume sind grosszügig und bieten viel Platz. Besonders die Küche besticht mit grosszügigen Arbeitsflächen und einer wunderbaren Aussicht ins Grüne. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig, hilft innert Kürze auf charmante Weise. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im kleinen Dorf Wijk aan Zee, in Geh- und Fahrraddistanz sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, für mehr Auswahl ist die benachbarte grössere Stadt Beverwijk schnell erreicht. Innert Kürze erreicht man den Strand und das traumhafte Dünenreservat. Uns hat es während unseres Aufenthalts an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank en tot ziens.
