This very modern and stylish villa has 3 levels.

At the main level of the house there is a spacious living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

At the upper level there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and big sliding doors which offer amazing views, from sunrise till sunset.

At the lower level there are 2 bedrooms as well, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 singles that can be set up as double if preferred. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms as well and all rooms have air-condition units.

There is direct access from all rooms to the exterior area, which includes verandas, balconies and garden.

The property is very well integrated in the natural environment, as it's initial design was based on the form of the ground. For this reason, the pool and the BBQ area are located in a lower level, creating a very nice atmosphere when you're relaxing at the pool or enjoying a romantic dinner under the stars. There is a neighboring villa which is also being rent through summer, however none of our previous guests had any problem with noise or privacy, as next villa's exterior areas are located at the other side of the house.
