2 bed 2 bath luxury top floor apartment with large terrace with mountain facing views . Looks beautiful at night with the mountain lit up. Great location with easy access to trendy bars and restaurants in green point . Close to sea point and moulle point and directly opposite the beautiful green point park. Top floor as a roof terrace with communal swimming pool overlooking the the entire Atlantic seaboard . 1 allocated parking space underground . No parties or events permitted and no loud noise/ music after 10.30pm in consideration of other residents in the building .
