Great Apartment, perfect location, huge pool and close to fantastic beaches.

We had a fantastic stay in Kens apartment. Everything was as described. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Albufeira and several beaches (Praia do Castelo is great - never overcrowded and with a very nice restaurant). Communication with Ken was always a pleasure, all question where answered extremely fast and we got all information we needed well in advance. Checkin/Checkout was very smooth and local support from Nuno was great . If you are traveling with kids - as we did - they will love the huge pool and the relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of space and nice people. Well equipped kitchen, (very) fast internet and a barbecue at the private balcony (with large table and chairs). A car is not necessary, you can simply call an Uber which is usually available within five minutes or less. Several restaurants and mini markets are in walking distance (less than 10 minutes), larger super markets can be reached within 3-5 minute with a car/Uber. If you are looking for fresh fish for your barbecue try the Hipermarket in Algarve Shopping Center - they have everything you need (and more). For us the apartment was a perfect match and we will return the next time we are going to Algarve/Albufeira. Thank you!

Nice apartment, excellent support & management plus great location.

The booking support was excellent with great information. The apartment is nice & modern, with all the appliances that you require. Lovely balcony and excellent bbq facilities. Only slight negative was that the cleaners didn't turn up when expected and we had to contact the manager, they did come but at 5.00pm which wasn't really convinient, also the apartment above had dogs which could be noisy at certain times. The complex was excellent, very clean with a great pool.

Many thanks for the 5 Star review, it’s greatly appreciated. We do believe the apartments at Vila Rosal are the best in Albufeira, perfectly located and great value. I apologise for the late arrival of the cleaners. It’s the busiest month with many arrivals and departures, which puts great pressure on the maids but this is no excuse. Also sorry about the dogs in another apartment, but sadly we cant do anything about this. I know with my villa in the country we have a cockerel starting early in the morning with other assorted noises so it’s difficult to get absolute perfection. What I can say is the dogs have now left with their owner and can only hope they don’t arrive next year. Once again I must thank you for taking the time to place such an excellent review. Ken
